Good communication and its role in teaching
I think that an excellent interaction in between a tutor and trainees is constructed on a solid basis of confidence, observance and mutual understanding. In order to successfully assess learners' needs and desires, the instructor should originally comprehend her/his learners and where they are coming from. The instructor has to be the first to create great communication, as not all parents and children will show that effort. She/he must also want to inform about her/his own expectations to the students; with a sincere mindset towards her/his students and showing a care for both their study and their lives is essential when doing this. When both the teacher and trainees realise each other's goals and perspectives, the building components of mutual trust are developed. Both tutors and learners strive for and are worthy of trust as people and personalities; instructors also strive for trust in the work-related sense but must take care of how they set about it. As a mentor, I will remain in a position of management, but I do not want to be an authoritarian or despot. I will additionally be able to be a friend and a trusted person for a lot of my students, however I do not want to step over the border of competence.
Teaching, learning and experience
I think that to stimulate knowing in the best way possible, the teacher has to be delighted about the theme being studied, even if her/his trainees are not. She/he should be the coach for the trainees, and show the pros about every trainee's action in an honest method, along with impartial critical remarks. She or he needs to be willing to listen and compromise, but be firm in her or his guarantees and choices.
An instructor is not only an instructor but a long-lasting learner. Therefore, she or he needs to likewise keep to develop her/his state of professional understanding, taking extra courses, advancing her/his level and going to meetings and events with colleagues to exchange ideas and doctrines and find out innovative things in order to offer her or his trainees the latest info available.
My approach of education is based upon what I know and have face at this moment in my career. I make sure that my mentor approach will change as I find out more as a new specialist. That is one of the benefits of being human being; we often make mistakes, or learn something innovative, and upgrade. I am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead.
